It did a Map Room!

As you've guessed, this adventure's Map Room takes a trip through the Monster Manual (and some other books) as the Radio Free Hommlet cast talks about their favorite monsters, monster roles, and using monsters from a DM perspective as well as killing them.  In addition to the Newsdesk, this adventure features a brand new segment called Build This! where cast members (in this case DM Tim and DM Jackson) create and level a character up through level 10.

Brain in a Jar was a great monster in 3.5's Libris Mortis, too! Most fun encounter I think I've ever had--it dominated my gnome master illusionist, who swiftly neutralized the rest of the party, but had only one way left to deal damage: A 1d3-2 damage dagger attack. And I killed a party member with a 2-damage coup de grace! (before DM retconning to save his wife's character).
